		Membership Benefits Each level of Membership have different benefits and features.


		Benefits of Corporate Membership You join the other major companies who are on our list. The annual fees for Corporate Members is an excellent investment and does help the GPA Europe meet its objective of promoting technical and operational excellence throughout the European Gas Industry as we are a non profit making organisation. Corporate Members are allowed to display promotional material at GPA Functions, as defined by the Management Committee You get unrestricted access (password protected) to the GPA Global Database of Technical Papers from conference presentations in USA, Europe, Canada, GCC and Venezuela since 1995 and ongoing for the future. This is a searchable database by Title, Author and / or Keyword. You receive regular issues of the GPA Europe journal “IN BRIEF”, and a FREE compendium (CD ROM) of all European papers from our meetings and conferences annually FREE OF CHARGE. We have made many improvements to our Programme and now include regular Knowledge Sessions aimed at attracting young engineers to participate in the GPA Europe meetings and conferences. We now hold at least two a year, they have proved very successful and we have some Member Companies send up to six of their young engineers for these awareness sessions. They are FREE to both Corporate and Individual Members and we welcome Trainees and Young Engineers from Corporate Members. Corporate Members can encourage any employees to attend our Technical Meetings and Conferences which best suited their disciplines. Any employee of a Corporate Member can take advantage of the generous Member discounted rates for participation. As a benefit to our Corporate Members we arrange to have table top areas for Display of Technical Brochures and Promotional / Publicity Materials at our meetings (subject to the constraints imposed by the venue) and just in case you have not been to one of our meetings before we would point out that there are excellent “networking” opportunities at the mid session coffee breaks, the lunch and at the open bar at the conclusion of the meeting. We also have quite active question and answer sessions after the papers. Corporate Members get exposure to a wider audience of Industry Professionals through the “Member Only Pages” listings on our web site (all hyper linked to your web site), the listings in our regular magazine / journal “in Brief…” and via a “rolling roll of honour” on the projector screens at all of our conferences. You can purchase copies of the GPSA Engineering Data Book for your technical library. A new 12th Edition has just been issued which contains many updates to numerous sections. Members can buy this book at extremely advantageous rates (£100.00 instead of £150.00) You can nominate two (level 3 – One only) corporate representatives who can act on your behalf at GPA functions, i.e., meetings, forums, panel discussions or any proceedings of the Association as well as any affiliated association. Additionally any employee of a Corporate Member Company can also attend all GPA public functions at privileged member rates. Corporate Membership facilitate Development of Employee Skills and Knowledge, Enhances the Company’s Visibility in the Natural Gas Industry and enables staff to learn from the Successes and Experiences of Peer Companies and help to reduce Capital Investment and Operating Costs

		GPA Europe Conditions of Membership Corporate Level 1 - PREMIER This new membership grade is proposed to help dissemination of information on GPA events to more process engineers within a company and also to engineers from other disciplines such as control, safety, environmental and project engineers who have a strong link with gas processing. The Member Company will nominate their Premier Individual Members en mass. For example all of the gas process-engineering group could be nominated by the company or the Corporate Representatives and they will receive all the benefits of standard Individual membership (CD ROM’s, In Brief, Free Knowledge Sessions, Updates etc).All Premier Individual members will be on the GPAE electronic mailing list. Grouping corporate and individual membership renewal under a single fee / payment request would make accounting much easier and this simplicity is better adapted to the procedures of a large company. Most Corporate Members of GPA Europe have an extremely low number of individual members within their company and a resultant low awareness of GPA is evident, with Premier Grade, more individuals will be involved and thinking of themselves as members and awareness of the GPA will be greatly increased. Corporate Level 1 - Standard For large companies with over 200 Employees. Entitles the company to nominate one or two representatives who can act on their behalf at GPA functions, ie., meetings forums, panel discussions or any proceedings of The Chapter as well as any affiliated association. Any employee of a Corporate Member Company can also attend any GPA public function at privileged rates, but is not entitled to vote at any Chapter business meeting. Corporate level 2 – Standard Small to medium companies of up to 200 employees are eligible with the same entitlements as Corporate Level 1 - Standard Corporate Level 2 – Academic Is for Universities, Technical Colleges and other Academic Institutions and still two representatives can be nominated Corporate Level 3 – Standard This grade is for small companies / consultancies with up to 5 employees. The company can nominate one corporate representative only
